We accept your returns and refunds for 30 days after you receive your parcel. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or return. When you are packaging the product for return, make sure it is unused and in the same condition as you received it. We recommend clicking a picture of the product the moment you receive it and attach it with the mail. Please ensure the product is packed in its original packaging. To complete the process, please send the receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where we would only be able to refund your order partially depending on the circumstances. These circumstances could include obvious signs of use of the book, missing parts or any item not in its original condition (reason not due to our error) and return requests post the 30 day period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For refunds, we will notify you once we receive and inspect your order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the amount will be refunded with the original method of payment or as discussed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of initiation of return. If you haven\u2019t received your refund in time, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company (if the initiated mode of the refund was via credit card). Then contact your bank again. Check if there is an issue at their end.
